How do we tame the wild horses of our thoughts?

Welcome!

This is a fantastic question and a great follow up to Mondays Message

Question:

How do we tame the wild horses of our thoughts?

Answer:

There are 2 types of thoughts dear one. Ones that are of a conscious nature and ones that are of an unconscious nature. The conscious thoughts are the ones that you are aware of, the thoughts you acknowledge in your mind, then there are the unconscious thoughts, the underlining voice that gives rise to the conscious thoughts. Your conscious thoughts are your day to day thoughts. The unconscious thoughts are the ones deeply ingrained within you. Some a broken record of self sabotage and destruction that the unconscious voice becomes the conscious voice with enough volume placed behind it. The unconscious voice and the conscious voice communicate and it is in that communication that you receive the awareness of these thoughts.
The way you tame these wild horses is by connecting with the conscious voice, the conscious thoughts. You receive thoughts and you decide what or if to do anything about them. If a wild thought is received, than you counter back with a tame one. Ultimately you decide wither to act upon these thoughts or not. Much of these thoughts come from perception of what is going on around and within you. The unconscious thoughts are the emitters and transceivers of the subtle energies. Many sensitives have a higher frequency and can sometimes tune into the frequency of the unconscious voice. The conscious voice is your mind chatter, the piece that responds to your mental computer, that when it sees a red ball it says, that is a red ball, it is the responses from the internal and external stimulus. A giant database of experience to pull from.
Now when the unconscious and conscious mind communicate, no voice is louder than another, no one voice is in charge, they work together. The unconscious thoughts can be programmed by the conscious thoughts and turn into a repeated pattern that becomes a part of your consciousness. If you were told the same thing time and time again at a young age, the conscious voice that perceived that speaks to the unconscious who imprints the energy within you. For example, if while young, you had a parent or sibling repeatedly tell you that you are useless or stupid, you receive that and it gets recorded in you, from conscious voice to unconscious voice, than imprinted as believe or identity, it then speaks that pattern to conscious voice telling it...remind them that they are stupid, and a pattern is cycled between the 2 voices or 2 consciousnesses.
You can tame these thoughts with corrective affirmative energy. You break the record so to say, when that thought arises from the unconscious to the conscious you correct it with...I am useful, I am smart, you break that record and create a new one. You dear one do not need to play the record of an energy that does not support you. When you own power over these destructive thoughts you own the power of your mind. When you affirm the good thought to counteract the wild or negative conscious thought you train the wild or negative out.
Do not punish yourself for the thoughts that come to the surface, they are there to teach you more about your energy at this time. Understand where this thought stemmed from and either pull the seed or nurture the seed. This dear one is how you tame your wild horses. Feed or de-weed the garden of your mind. As you do this, the energy that you emit, the energy you reside in changes and elevates. You become lighter in your energy and lighter in your mind.
With love dear ones
