This week we have the 7 of Cups.

Choices and more choices! The 7 of Cups can be double-sided and tricky at times. We see a person with many options displayed before him. He holds his hands open overwhelmed by the choices. Is he in a dream, living a fantasy or, is this his reality? Which choice is best? It can be tricky as not everything is as it seems at face value.

When I see this card I always associate it with choice. Day by day we make choices even down to the littlest things like how to wear our hair, what kind of shoes to wear, and so on. In the grand scheme of things those choices have a very small impact on our future. So how about the bigger choices, the dreams and goals? This is where the energy needs to be focused. Are you walking through the world in fantasy, only focused on the little things? OR do your choices day by day help you reach your dreams/goals?

I am reminded in yesterday's channeling about how life is lived moment by moment and the choices we make in those moments help pave the way for our future. I am not saying that we must be hard headed and serious all the time. I am saying that we need to live in balance and focus on what we really want to achieve with our lives because day by day we make the choice to reach our goals or play. Enjoy life but don't get swept up in illusions and fantasy. Knowing that we are multifaceted beings, we co-create with the Universe and create a beautiful melody that is the song of our life. You have choice in how this melody is played.
