2 Souls in Spirit (Bonus message!)

As I awoke this morning I had two spirits here with me who wanted to share a message to their loved ones. 

First-I see a young girl, she shows me the number 12 (although I sense she is younger than 12). She is showing me she used to love soccer, she would jump a fence to meet up with other kids on the field and play. I get the sense her name starts with a J,  She shows me she had blond hair and wore a pink shirt much of the time. She is showing me that when people would arrive to the house she would jump on them and hold on with all four limbs, she's laughing about it to. She is showing me you have her picture on the fridge surrounded by (like framed) a handful of drawings and colorings she did. She is expressing to me that towards the end of her life she was in bed most of the time and she colored a lot, she shows me playing card games and board games with an older male who I sense is family, she is expressing it was difficult to be in bed most of the day because she wanted to be outside and play. I'm smelling biscuits, like breakfast biscuits with bacon and eggs. She says she loved breakfast time. She's telling me she has not been in the world of spirit to long. She is giving me the number 6 as well. She is saying she is so happy! She has full function of her legs and plays sports all the time. She gives me the sense she passed of cancer and it slowly took from her, her mobility and energy. She is saying there is nothing you could have done to prevent this, it was written in her life path for herself. She wants to express how gratefull she is to have this life by you and to have such a loving family. She is here to tell you not to take on guilt from her passing. She is telling me she felt so loved and really enjoyed her life. She is showing me a pink room, she says it's still how I left it as she smiles. She shows me taking a pink stuffed toy and placing it on your bed. She wants you to have it to comfort you like it did her. She was a very visual child, she loves color. Her energy is very bright and beautiful. She is saying she loves you all very much and wanted to share with you that she is just fine, she says I'm grrrreeeaaaat! (Like Toni the tiger) she's very funny! She sends her love to you all with big hugs and kisses!

Second-I see a man with a drink in his out stretched hand. I get the sense he would always have a drink in hand. I'm greeted at a door and he opens the door with a drink in hand ready for me. He says very hospitable and laughs. He seems like a very relaxed guy and compares himself to the dude from the big labowski. He says no drama in my house, it was a place of nothing but good times. I am seeing a big rig. He used to drive trucks for a living. He says it was good to be on the open road, good tunes and fresh air. He is saying he traveled all over the states and enjoyed it. He gives me the sense he didn't have a big family life but had good friends who were like his family. He said his life was very free and easy the way he liked it no drama. He is showing me he loved racing. He would watch racing all the time and he says the indie 500 trip was killer. He is expressing gratitude to John for being such a good friend to him. I get the sense his name is like Dave or a Da sounding name. He says you have been thinking about him lately and he says I'm good brother, it's all good here, I'm at the races all the time, the smell of burning rubber daily as he laughs. He says it's all good man, have a beer and relax, I'm good. He says you were a great friend and he really enjoyed the time you guys had together. His message is not to worry so much and to relax and have a beer. He says life is good man, enjoy it and I'm here waiting for ya, in the mean time I get to watch all the dumb things you do (he says jokingly) and laughs, he says in reality I'm here for you and when the day comes that you join me I will meet you with a drink in hand ready for ya, like nothing ever changed.
